Store Policies

All merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 10 days of the arrival date. Pick-ups usually require some customer assembly.

Stage Door Furniture is not liable when the furniture does not fit into your home. If a delivery attempt is made and the furniture does not fit, the delivery fee will not be refunded and the cancellation or return policy will take effect.

Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction.

Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries.

A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied if the delivery is cancelled less than 24 hours of your delivery date.

Refunds

A full refund will be issued on an undelivered order cancelled within three (3) days of the sale date. After three (3) days, but before delivery, a cancellation fee of 10% for stock items and 30% for special orders will apply. The balance will be refunded. Floor samples and clearance items are excluded.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as the purchase was made, i.e. by check or credit card. Checks are mailed after a 10 day waiting period. Cash deposits will be refunded by check.

Merchandise reselections or refund is available if it is returned in the original condition within 7 days of delivery or pick up. There is a 10% fee for all returned stock items and a 30% fee for any special order items. Original delivery and pick up fees are not refundable.

Warranties

Manufacturer’s warranties apply to most furnishings available today. No manufacturer warrantee claims can be honored without proof of purchase.

We make no warranty or guarantee whatsoever as to the wearing quality and colorfastness of the upholstery fabrics.

All warranty issues dealing with furniture that has been picked up (not delivered), must be brought back to our warehouse by the customer.
